Saffron is a splendid spice, fragrant & golden.  It’s flavor is delicate & subtle.  It has always been the most valuable spice in the world.  If you use too much the flavor will be bitter, so remember a little goes a long way!

Use in chicken, beef, lamb, & pork dishes, curries & stews.  What would yellow rice be without saffron!
